Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calling up drivers/consumers; explaining the benefits of our platform and onboarding them on our platform.
∎ Responsible for achieving daily and monthly target.
∎ Answer questions about products and services of our company to drivers and consumers.
∎ Take and process drivers and consumers information in an accurate manner and communicate them the concerned department.
∎ Maintain records of call and note useful information.
