Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.
∎ Provide high-quality patient care in Pre Operative/ OT/ Post Operative.
∎ Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
∎ Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
∎ Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
∎ Maintain staff discipline as per hospital rules and regulations.
∎ Ensure quality of patient care is maintained including compliance with prescribed treatment and hospital policy.
∎ Report and document all accidents/ incident to patients, visitors, staff & Management.
∎ Report promptly any unusual occurrence to the Departmental Head.
∎ Perform extra duties & any other task assign by the authority.
∎ Aware of and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the hospital and ensure that they are adhered to.
∎ Maintain Pre operative and Post operative records.
∎ Ensure proper use of OT equipment & OT instrument.
∎ Co-ordinate with surgeons and maintaining all procedures at the time of OT.
∎ Maintaining economical use and reporting if any equipment malfunctions.
∎ Check all medicine, equipment & instrument for normal function on daily basis and update all register.
∎ Develop interpersonal and communication skills with patients.
∎ Ensures comfort and safety of patients at all times.
∎ Ensures protection of patients' confidentiality and security of patients' files at all times.
∎ Maintain maximum observation and follow up surgeons written instruction on all patients under special observation.
∎ Ensures patients safety and care during transfer to other departments of the hospital.
∎ Act always in such a way as to promote and safeguard the well being and interest of patients.
∎ Ensure that no action or omission is detrimental to the condition and safety of patients.
∎ Partakes in the nurse-training program as and when required.
∎ Support other department of the hospital like IPD, Emergency, NICU etc as and when necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Extra Field work and Training will get preference.
∎ Expert knowledge of OT Patient health and safety protocols.
∎ Honest and Hardworking, must complete work on time.

Salary: Negotiable
