∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Eye health-related field;
∎ Patient management and counseling;
∎ Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide assistance to ophthalmologists by testing patients’ visual acuity and eye pressure, taking patients’ history, measuring patients’ blood pressure, instilling dilation eye drops, performing other diagnostic tests as needed, and preparing patients for laser treatment;
∎ Help patients and ophthalmologists get accurate diagnoses;
∎ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to prevent bacterial spread and eye infections;
∎ Prepare patients for eye tests and procedures to address or manage issues;
∎ Participation in the field eye patient screening camp;
∎ Maintain ophthalmic equipment.
