Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ -Managing a team of agents on multiple shifts and ensuring performance criteria is met on a daily basis
∎ -Coordinate with client on a daily basis and escalate customer issues
∎ -Daily reporting to client and management on performance
∎ -Forecasting manpower requirement, taking interviews and hiring agents
∎ -Preparing presentations on weekly and monthly performance and present to client
∎ -Communicate with technical team to test and launch software upgrades
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good spoken English
∎ Experience of client Handling
∎ Experience of team management
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be paid on a monthly basis. part of the salary will be KPI-based, depending of performance of self and team.
