∎ 3–5 years’ experience in operations, hospitality management, or healthcare sector
∎ Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability; Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools
∎ Experience in hospitality, clinical, or D2C brands (preferred)
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla (written and spoken) Energetic, ambitious, and process-driven mindset
∎ Established networks across corporate organizations, influencer circles, and ethical marketing communities relevant to hospitality and guest services.
∎ Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily business ops across Neo Smile clinic and partner clinics.
∎ Ensure seamless clinical workflow. Coordinate patient treatment lifecycle: from booking to completion
∎ Maintain clinic onboarding, contracts, and compliance
∎ Support marketing efforts, campaign execution, and partner outreach
∎ Identify new clinic partnerships and growth opportunities
∎ Maintain a high standard of client relationship Oversee budgets, payments to vendors, and clinic revenue sharing
∎ Keep dashboards updated (sales, leads, ops KPIs)Assist in creating SOPs, reports, and investor updates
∎ Work closely with all related teams
∎ Maintain high patient satisfaction through seamless communication
∎ We’re seeking a proactive Hospitality Operations Manager to streamline service, manage partners and vendors, and enhance guest experiences across locations. You'll work closely with the founder to build scalable systems and ensure smooth daily operations.

∎ Day Off: Sunday Office Hours: 9 hours daily
