Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain FG, Carton, Seat & Cover, Flush Fitting and others accessories warehouse properly
∎ Check shift wise received FG and ensure physical and book stock are same in WH
∎ Check shift wise received all packing and supporting materials and ensure physical and book stock are same
∎ Confirm stock available during loading truck within the shift
∎ Prepare and check/sign all necessary received and handover documents
∎ Prepare and send all required report related to Stock, distribution and goods delivery
∎ Shift wise reconciliation deliveries system vs physical
∎ Prepare stock report daily basis
∎ Received all customers complain goods in warehouse with checking approval and related documents
∎ Ensure sample delivery as per delivery requirement.
∎ Regular communication with production team (QC), Suppliers, marketing team, transport agent and distributor (If needed)
∎ Resolve all stock & delivery related issues with help of supervisor
∎ Regular shift briefing related with EHS and compliance
