∎ Should have good knowledge in MS Office, Emailing, Net browsing, etc.
∎ Should be energetic, honest, dedicated and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Excellent communication & coordination skills.
∎ Flexible and mature approach.
∎ Willing to visit market/farm/factory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Requisition review & check-in ERP software
∎ Properly check requisition quantity & purpose of the demand
∎ Collect quotation from the supplier & CS preparation as well as collect approval
∎ Prepare purchase orders in ERP software
∎ Distribute electrical materials to concern farms & factories.
∎ Handling MRR and prepare bills as well as submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
∎ Checking inventory on software & physical inventory audit with the audit team.
∎ Searching new vendors with quality.
∎ Use strategic sourcing process for rare electrical items collect
∎ Stay updated for alternative product information always
∎ Visit local market & vendor’s factory to observe the production process of electrical spare items.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superiors.
