∎ Must have experience in sourcing and procurement, with a particular strength in online sourcing and vendor research.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential local suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s quality and reliability standards.
∎ Execute the end-to-end procurement process, including placing orders, following up on deliveries and handling any discrepancies.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with local suppliers to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
∎ Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all materials meet required standards and comply with food safety regulations.
∎ Any Other task assign by the Management.
