Transport Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring overall transport related Heavy Equipment functions to implement the strategies within the company.
∎ Monitoring the vehicle tracking system.
∎ Preparing monthly overall summary reports.
∎ All Operator helper ensure over time hour.
∎ Monitoring ERP Operation, billing inspector and VTS work activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with supply chain CNF to ensure timely support of vehicle.
∎ Supervise control and monitor the activities of Transport Workshop
∎ Control & supervise transport movement/transport operation of the company within the country.
∎ Follow up the work of subordinates for prompt operation.
∎ To do the analysis related daily work reports to DNID Sir.
∎ Monitoring monthly departmental roster schedule with time efficient management.
∎ Maintaining proper inventor\level of all the required parts/components of vehicles.
∎ To ensure all the vehicle related parts and wheel are available in store.
∎ Monitoring all the running vehicle maintenance work and prepare all the report are up to date.
∎ Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
∎ Direct investigations to verify and resolve customers or shipper, complains.
∎ Monitor the activities of the drivers. Helpers & Transport related staffs to ensure smooth operations of vehicles.
∎ In case of accident, reach the spot within the minimum, possible time (If possible), liaison with police & local administration to mitigate the problem (if there is any) and managing crises moment.
∎ Responsible for preparing and submitting suggestion to the management for efficient and transport report.
∎ Conduct orientation on roads and highway rules regulation and safety for drivers.
∎ To follow up general administrative activities of transport department (Fuel consumption.
∎ Maintenance cost.
∎ To supervise & coordinate of Heavy equipment Support and Scrap load unload, distribution/dispatch of finished products to all units to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Experience in transport sector will be preferred.
∎ Fluent English in speaking, writing and listening is must.
∎ Should have good leadership quality and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical & interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment & able to shifting duty.
