Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ BSC in Civil Engineering with excellent academic results from a reputed university.
∎ The candidate should be a member of the IEB.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare project documents such as Time Schedules and Work Methodology. Compile drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tenders. Assist in the technical evaluation of contractor's documents to support the client effectively.
∎ Oversee and monitor all construction works, including structural, plumbing, and finishing work, ensuring compliance with specifications and architectural designs.
∎ Conduct regular follow-ups on construction progress, addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
∎ Perform structural audits as per regulatory requirements, ensuring safety and compliance.
∎ Provide civil support for electrical and fire audits as per regulatory standards.
∎ Implement sustainability programs such as Nirapon, RSC and LEED standards in construction projects
∎ Prepare progress reports highlighting vendor leggings and recommend solutions to mitigate delays.
∎ Verify on-site construction activities, including casting, curing, shuttering procedures, and layouts, ensuring high-quality work.
∎ Prepare material estimates, create BOQs, and manage budgets for various construction products.
∎ Prepare work plans and periodic reports for ongoing projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
∎ Ensure that all aspects of the project adhere to the Bangladesh Building Code and other relevant regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent command in English both in verbal and written communication.
∎ Must have experience on Nirapon/RSC.
∎ Clear knowledge on project management.
∎ Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship.
∎ Should have Positive attitude & devoted to hard work.
