Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect delivery order of import consignment from shipping agent.
∎ Collect container guarantee and risk bond approval from C&F association for chassis consignment.
∎ Receive containers from Depot and return to shipping agent.
∎ Collect NOC from freight forwarder and shipping agent regarding empty container.
∎ Make payment of bills of Agent, Depot and Survey department in terms of pay order/cash and submit the acknowledgement copy to the shipping agent.
∎ Release shipping guarantee from various shipping lines against different consignments and submit to the shipping agent.
∎ Calculation of damage/demurrage and requisition.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft Word & Excel.
∎ Interpersonal skill & communication skill.
