∎ Prepare RFQ (Request for Quotation) plans and related documents.
∎ Review scopes of work and identify key cost elements.
∎ Facilitate communication with vendors during the bidding process.
∎ Lead negotiations and finalize commercial terms with suppliers.
∎ Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) through the ERP system.
∎ Maintain accurate procurement records for audit and compliance purposes.
∎ Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
∎ Support the payment process and track vendor payments.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve procurement-related issues.
∎ Assist in cost optimization, risk management, and market analysis.
