∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): 5 to 10 years in Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories.
∎ Defense background / Bangladeshi any Armed Forces (Retd.) Person (Junior Commissioned Officer /Sergeant )/Navy (Retd.) Person will get preference.
∎ Should have excellent physical fitness;
∎ Should be capable to lead a security team;
∎ Should have training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, first aid and evacuation;
∎ Computer literacy- Specially Bangla & English Typing Skill;
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): 5 to 10 years in Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regular inspection of security posts and sensitive points of the factory at day & night.
∎ Provide operational coverage as and when required to support the security team.
∎ Access control(Visitors/Staffs/Deliveries);
∎ Carry out Stop and Search, (Vehicle/Personnel);
∎ CCTV Monitoring & routine operations;
∎ Collect, verify, record, seal the approved invoices of the products taken out of the factory, seize the unauthorized products and inform the appropriate authorities;
∎ Control entry to site vehicles and pedestrians;
∎ To administer the safety & security system of the factory.
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
∎ Develop/ update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure continuous patrolling to the security posts and around the office and dormitory premises to take needful measures.
∎ Do check all the registers those are being maintained in the security posts.
∎ Attend the important guests and ensure their protocol.
∎ Produce necessary reports, records and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Maintain liaison with the different government entities in respect of security & safety.
∎ Plan, organize and supervise all security activities.
∎ Determine/ review personnel requirements periodically.
∎ Plan, establish and sustain on the job training programs for security personnel, evaluate the effectiveness of the training from work performance.
∎ Inspect and evaluate security activities to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
∎ Perform continuous intelligence gathering on any security matters for assessments, reporting and action if necessary.
∎ Respond to fire alarms-central control panel following emergency response procedures.
∎ Plans and supervise fixed post body check, lockers check and change room regularly.
∎ Maintain motivation and discipline of the security staff.
∎ Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
∎ Monitor and support security-related system for the employees & develop the system if needed.
∎ Arranging sudden visit with security team in order to check the employees if situation demands.
∎ Maintain security related documents for buyer's/ compliance audit.
∎ Report to Admin Head for each & every incident/suspicious activity.
