Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): project coordination, Project Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all sorts of On Grid projects implementation as per project time-time.
∎ Play key role in project roll-out in collaboration with on-grid sales team.
∎ Ensure in-time project materials availability and resource deployment at site.
∎ Ensure periodical reporting to Line Manager on project activities and achievements.
∎ Develop rapport and keep close relation with key stake holders to effectively bring out project goals.
∎ Establish effective project team by providing proper training and guidance.
∎ Lead and support team for overall goal achievement.
∎ Establish and ensure best QMS practices
∎ Project rollout within timeline.
∎ Develop project execution plan for each period.
∎ Coordinate pre sales project design & development.
∎ Keep track of ongoing & upcoming projects.
∎ Motivate project team.
∎ Keep project track and documentation as par QMP and project requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of Solar technology and its application
∎ Knowledge in project management

Salary: Negotiable
