Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in SCM, Engineering, Finance.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in supply Chain Management or CIPS preferable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functional & operational work through delivering regular essential hardware, technical, electrical & electronics items within very short lead time.
∎ Engage to execute project successfully through delivering all required item to initiating without any drawbacks at any uncertain situation.
∎ Develop new sources where the supply chain risk could be possible to reduce at any situation.
∎ Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
∎ Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
∎ Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
∎ Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
∎ Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
∎ Work with group members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-year experience in Supply Chain management or Procurement in related industries.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on product knowledge, vendor sourcing and development, local & international procurement procedure, modern supply chain management, procurement software, procurement life cycle.
∎ Must have skills on data mining, analytical ability, effective communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation Skills.
