Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline. Textile/Engineering would be preferred. PGDSCM/CIPS/Textile related course will be get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify purchasing needs
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
∎ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
∎ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
∎ Prepare cost analyses.
∎ Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
∎ Ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years experience on procurement from any local or foreign garments companies.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on local procurement process, computer office automation basic knowledge, vendor sourcing and development, product knowledge.
∎ Must have skills on data mining, analytical ability, communication skills. negotiation skills.

Salary: Negotiable
