Distribution, Sales Depot Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and administrate overall activities of the Depot to ensure proper and timely delivery of goods to the dealers/ customers in a cost-effective manner including safety and security.
∎ Sending demand order to concern Feed Mills as well as Head Office.
∎ Update customers profile regularly so that customers name and address are maintaining correctly.
∎ Checking expiry dates regular basis and reporting to the respective departments’ regular basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with dealers, feed mills and head office.
∎ Ensuring 100% FIFO.
∎ Maintain depot petty cash properly.
∎ Check the daily stock and report to Head Office on time.
∎ Prepare monthly reconciliation report and other reports as required.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS word, xl, power point, ERP, net browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Hardworking, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Problem solving ability.
