Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check and verify all sorts of received and payment related documents.
∎ To check and verify materials receive and issue.
∎ To check and verify employee attendance.
∎ To do market survey as and when required.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed audit report on audit findings with necessary analysis, observations, comparison and recommendations to controlling.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.For Accountant:
∎ Prepare received and payment related documents.
∎ Petty cash management.
∎ Prepare and plan for monthly expenditure.
∎ Prepare fund flow statement and submit it to controlling officer.
∎ Vat and tax related work.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ For Auditor:
∎ To check and verify all sorts of received and payment related documents.
∎ To check and verify materials receive and issue.
∎ To check and verify employee attendance.
