Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dispense Raw Materials as per work order and BMR.
∎ Maintain partly dispensed container card, adjustment of last lot.
∎ Receipt and storage of raw materials as per SOP.
∎ Handling of returned/retest/rejected materials as per SOP.
∎ Handling of defective & unusable materials as per SOP.
∎ ERP related job like GIM making, Packing List, Locator Code, Adjustment Issue, Receipt, Consumption Order, Consumption Issue, Expiry Date Auto Segregation, Dispensing Coupon, Work Issue Confirm and other various report generation.
∎ Prepare monthly retest, near expiry of raw materials report etc.
∎ Supervision of cleaning activities, humidity control and balance performance and maintain all records as per SOP.
