Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline/Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Driver Scheduling & Driver roster management
∎ Responsible for maintaining vehicles update documents, registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, road permit etc and Dealing with different govt. authorities, BRTA, Law enforcement authority etc.
∎ Prepare the monthly & yearly expenses statement on the basis of each vehicle report.
∎ Responsible for daily vehicle movement schedule plan.
∎ All vehicle maintenance work.
∎ Process of fuel & accessories reimbursement.
∎ Monitoring & record keeping of all vehicles incident and take necessary step to solve.
∎ Preserving the legal documents of vehicles.
∎ Keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
∎ Maintain daily driver's attendance report.
∎ Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles. Liaison with the workshops from time to time.
∎ Liaison with traffic department, BRTA, civil govt. administration for smooth transport operations.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the Management
