Job Responsibilities:
∎ Petty Cash requisition to accounts, collect & adjust time to time
∎ Cash Payment all type of Driver bills
∎ Oracle Entry for CNG/Octane/Diesel/Night/Toll/Conveyance/Shoe etc. Bill
∎ Cash & Credit Bill Payment Record
∎ Credit Fuel Pump Bill Prepare by Vehicle wise shorting, Excel entry & Oracle Posting
∎ P.O.(Purchase Order) Prepare for Cash & Credit Supplier
∎ Follow up VTS System Work & Report to The Manager-Transport
∎ P.O. Prepare for VTS monthly bill & Forklift's of DBL group.
∎ Monthly payment to Driver salary, Bonus, Earn leave, CESA etc. allowance
∎ Support accidental case & Traffic police cases
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer knowledge in word and excel.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
∎ Basic English proficiency preferred.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area(s): Administration, Transport Management
