Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall coordination in handling and managing transport operations.
∎ Constantly keeps update of vehicle documents (tax token, fitness, insurance etc) and take necessary steps of new vehicle registration.
∎ Keep updates of daily delivery vehicles and transport pool cars properly.
∎ Prepare and follow up of preventive maintenance schedule for all the vehicles of the company.
∎ Keep records of all repair & maintenance work in vehicle log book and vehicle maintenance record in a systematic manner.
∎ To prepare requisitions of spare parts of vehicles for proper maintenance.
∎ To make arrangement of payment of transport related bills.
∎ Maintain and keep update different types of Vehicle registers.
∎ Ensure Daily car planning and monitoring car movement.
∎ Keep all existing license/Certificates up to date and also obtain new license as and when required.
∎ Strictly maintain fuel consumption ratio and ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked on regular basis.
∎ Performing any other assignment as and when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must be a good communicator in various level of people.
∎ Sound IT skills with sufficient knowledge on MS word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.
∎ Experienced and familiar in transport management is desirable.
∎ Should possess leadership quality Have Good communication in English, negotiation Skills and good reporting skills with management.
∎ Retired Army & police Personnel are specially encouraged to apply.
