Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with project managers, architects, structural engineers, construction and cross-functional teams to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into project designs.
∎ Identity and ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes, standards and safety regulations; develop own safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines
∎ Perform risk assessments to evaluate the structural integrity and safety of existing buildings and structures; planning to achieve objectives and KPI
∎ Provide training and guidance to construction personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders on safety protocols and best practices.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans for structural and building safety incidents; and coordinate emergency drills and exercises to ensure preparedness.
∎ Conduct regular safety and compliance inspections/audit of buildings and structures, electrical and fire with corrective actions
∎ Prepare required design and submit performance reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
∎ Promote a sustainability culture and take initiatives based on the PDCA cycle.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Structural safety assessment of tall industrial buildings, RCC frame structures, pre -fabricated structures & composite structures.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent documentation and communication
∎ Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis software (Staad pro, ETABS, Tekla, SAP, Gear, Sketch Up)
∎ Strong knowledge of Bangladesh building codes like BNBC, AISC, MBMA and NFPA, safety regulations, and industry standards. Familiar to RSC, ACCORD stitching Bangladesh, Alliance structural safety guidelines.
