Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree (preferably in Management)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying sales anomaly and taking appropriate measure.
∎ Prepare party-wise Trend Analysis of Sales & Products Range Analysis and submit to the Management.
∎ Initiate activities to create awareness in the field force to prevent product migration.
∎ Searching the suspicious memos in the RMC and taking appropriate measures towards tackling migration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Ability to work under stress and be prepared to go on frequent tours all over the country
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs
∎ Ability to work as a team member
∎ Proficient at communicating in both English and Bengali
∎ Smart, energetic and innovative
∎ Computer literate
