Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute daily receiving operations for goods and services based on requirements.
∎ Track open purchase orders and coordinate with user departments to ensure timely receipt.
∎ Assist with invoice vetting and goods receiving processes in collaboration with finance and user teams.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and financial systems.
∎ Perform quality checks on received goods (where applicable).
∎ Update the inventory management system with accurate data.Support financial reconciliation and assist with month-end reporting.
∎ Generate reports on receiving activities and communicate any issues to relevant stakeholders (technology, external service providers, and audit teams).
