∎ Minimum 4/5 years in a 100% export-oriented Textile industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and executing Procurement activities of Local Machineries & Spares etc.·
∎ Sourcing for new vendor/suppliers from time to time.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of the machineries /spare parts as required by the mill authority.
∎ Cost Variance analysis.
∎ Manage integrated Process among operations, Procurement, finance, logistics and others to ensure effective supply chain functions.
∎ Materials requisition (schedule) preparation.
∎ Comparative statement preparation.
∎ Purchase order/work order preparation.
∎ Purchase bill prepare and checking for payment.
∎ Vendor /supplier list preparation.
∎ To prepare various kinds of statements as per requirements of the management.
∎ Monthly purchase statement preparation.
∎ Internal communications with factory, finance, HR, QA and other departments.
