Job Context:
∎ Abedin Equipment Limited a concern of Group QA is authorized distributor of some renowned brands for Power Tools, Fixing System, Cleaning Equipment and Desiccant products.
∎ We are looking for energetic industrial and production engineer with a proven track record in supply chain management in any renowned trading or manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market analysis of products, demand forecasting, order planning, order placement, follow up, inventory management
∎ Ensure preparing all import and Local Export documents on time.
∎ To communicate with foreign supplier(s)/buyer(s) or through their local agent(s).
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import procedures.
∎ Liaison with Bank related to L/C and Payment issue and other organization related to import documentation.
∎ Processing L/C , Amendments, checking LC terms and conditions.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and Price negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality & specifications.
∎ Work with internal departments and suppliers to ensure quality and on time delivery.
∎ Supervise all kind of work related with C & F agent and insurance through L/C process.
∎ Experienced in ERP system operation.
∎ Update information of market, price of material, new development of product and alternate sources.
∎ Maintain & update all SCM reports to concerns Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Capability to deal with multiple business stakeholders inbound and outbound
∎ Aptitude for quick learning and ability to disseminate properly
Salary: Negotiable
