∎ PGDSCM holder will get preference. Applicant must have knowledge on MS Office Suite, Store Management, Inventory Software operation (SAP/ERP)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SMC Enterprise Ltd has a vacancy for the following permanent position for FMCG Factory, Bhabanipur:
∎ -Receive & sort all the RM, PM, FG, spare parts, stationary & consumable items as per SOP/regulatory guidelines
∎ -Dispense RM, PM and issue consumable items, spare parts, stationary items to the concern department
∎ -Update all the store related Register/Stock Cards and other documents in a timely manner
∎ -Update SMC inventory software/ SAP timely
∎ -Prepare monthly and yearly inventory report
∎ -Deal different supplier or vendors
∎ -Supervise all graded staff & third-party workers
∎ -Monitor pest control activities within the warehouse
∎ -Ensure safety and security of the warehouse
∎ -Address different internal and external audits (ISO, BSTI & Others)
∎ -Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
