Fabrics Store, Gray Fabric Store, Knitting Store, Spinning store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively Maintain and coordinate all grey fabrics & yarn stores.
∎ Leading, supporting and managing the entire knitting stores activities both bulk & sample shift wise.
∎ Ensuring timely receive, issue, QA check, GRN and storing goods with bin management.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping with H&S including 5'S and maintain and buyer compliance.
∎ Maintaining Daily GR & GI physically & ensure ERP records.
∎ Maintaining and keeping all fabrics & yarn as per buyer/style/order/batch & color code.
∎ Keeping, recording & reporting grey fabrics & yarn and maintain as per buyer wise requirements on a regular basis.
∎ Ensuring on time deliveries of all grey to dyeing & sub-contract parties through maintaining FIFO method.
∎ Daily cycle counting plan prepare to cover quarterly full cycle done.
∎ Ensuring 98 % accurate HY & FY stock.
∎ Providing month closing reports to management as per scheduled.
∎ Utilizing resources in an optimum level including all staffs and loaders.
∎ Keeping records and documents of slow moving, rejected, dead yarn & grey fabrics with proper storing.
∎ Ensuring all yarn to production & out-side sub-contract factories with proper records.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English.
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports.
∎ In-depth understanding of fabrics, yarn (both knit & woven) handling & storing process.
∎ Strong analytical skills to evaluate pros and cons based on consumption, quantity, quality, receive, delivery and other factors.
∎ Strong decision-making skills and ERP base warehouse management.
∎ High level of urgency handling, communication and relationship building skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet KPIs with deadlines.
