Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or BBA;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabrics (both foreign and local) inventory, making report & provide information/products with the related department;
∎ Maintain Bin Card & location board as per buyer requirements;
∎ Leftover Fabrics, Garments & Accessories sorting as and when needed;
∎ Make records of spare parts & others in ledger book;
∎ Communicate with purchase department regarding any problem with purchased items;
∎ Stock audit/count as and when needed;
∎ Submit report to internal audit department;
∎ Prepare monthly purchase requisition;
∎ Check all local purchase goods, identity which store will receive the products & provide information and assists related section;
∎ Work at night shift (if needed) for shipment/export purpose of finished Garments;
∎ Prepare challan, gate pass, communicate with export section & vehicle driver during the shipment/export arises;
∎ Master Cartons receive issue and register maintain;
∎ Check all the documents acceptance with proper authorized sign & Seal (if needed);
∎ Maintain labour functions;
∎ Manage labour as and when needed;
∎ Prepare and submit monthly inventory report according to the needs of the department;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experiences in local or global organization;
∎ Industry or business area: Incumbent's those who have work experience of garments (woven) industry will get preferences;
∎ Languages: Moderate written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency in MS Office, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word;
∎ Knowledge: knowledge of Information Technology working procedures.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
