∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master of Science (MSc) / M. Pharm

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Floating tender/ RFQ against all complete indent from the date of assigning indent & also getting complete specification of the items.
∎ Arrange for opening tender and participates to comply proper guideline as per guideline.
∎ Forwarding all the offer/ sample to indenting department as per policy.
∎ Compilation of technical evaluation report and bid summary.
∎ Finalization of bid summary report and cost analysis report against all tender documents.
∎ Drafting proposal for management approval to issue PO.
∎ Prepare PO/TO through IMIS for suppliers.
∎ Update bill, PO register as per deadline.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Advanced computing skills (Specially expertise in MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
∎ Work experience SAP or any SCM Software will add value.

Salary: Negotiable
