Job Responsibilities:
∎ SIM Connectivity management:
∎ Raise requisition of the SIM on behalf of the User group of bKash limited
∎ Allocate the SIM as per the requisition
∎ Tracking and monitoring of end to end distribution of the allocated SIM
∎ Ensure on time billing and coordination with Finance and Users
∎ Report all the activities as per prescribed template
∎ Track all the previous SIM and streamline the back lock with the approved SLA
∎ Internal Stakeholder management:
∎ Meet day to day queries of the stakeholders regarding any issues related to SIM cards
∎ Assist Users with OTP as per requirement
∎ Coordinate with Procurement and User on any new SIM procurement
∎ Align User/Procurement on new terms and conditions or any changes made by the regulatory bodies
∎ Report internal stakeholders about any regulatory or law enforcement agency related issues
∎ External Stakeholder management:
∎ Coordinate with external stakeholder (i.e. Law enforcement agencies, BTRC )
∎ Maintain coordination of any issues (Letter issued by law enforcement agencies) or queries raised by the external stakeholders and coordinate with internal stakeholders
∎ Visit the address (mentioned in the authorized documents) and assist any issues regarding fraudulent activities
∎ Take measures to mitigate the issues and keep tracking and follow up with the relevant stakeholders
∎ Awareness and Alignment sessions with stakeholders:
∎ Arrange periodic sessions with stakeholders for alignments.
∎ Reporting and Compliance:
∎ Collection of No objection certificate (NOC) of the employees while leaving the company while tagging with the HR team
∎ Compliance check of the SLA
