Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision, store and deliver all materials as per requisition.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Prepare "Inventory Report" at the end of every month and submit to Superior.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Maintain site petty cash.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Report on inventory activities and variances.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
