∎ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent design aesthetics, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Understanding of sustainability and smart design principles.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop architectural concepts and prepare master plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
∎ Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
∎ Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
∎ Collaborate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and interior design teams for integrated project development.
∎ Obtain necessary approvals and permits from government authorities like RAJUK, City Corporation, Fire Service, etc.
∎ Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are implemented during construction.
∎ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material specifications and quality assurance.
∎ Maintain updated knowledge of local building codes (BNBC), environmental regulations, and green building standards.
∎ Work with the marketing team to develop project presentations, brochures, and promotional visuals.
∎ Provide technical support during bidding, budgeting, and client meetings.
