∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package, internet browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.

∎ Excellent communication skill & leadership.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Requisition review & check-in ERP software.
∎ Properly check requisition quantity & purpose of the demand.
∎ Collect quotation from the supplier & CS preparation as well as collect approval.
∎ Prepare purchase orders in ERP software.
∎ Distribute the items to concern farms & factories.
∎ Handling MRR and prepare bills as well as submission to the accounts dept. for vendor payment.
∎ Checking inventory on software & physical inventory audit with the audit team.
∎ Searching new vendors with quality.
∎ Stay updated for alternative product information always
∎ Visit local market & vendor’s factory to observe the production process of required items.
∎ Generate various reports.
∎ Any other assignment given by the superiors.
