Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dispatch finish products on daily basis as per DO to the customer end.
∎ Maintain Vehicle management for smooth distribution operation.
∎ Make sure data entry to ERP Software.
∎ Maintain liaison with the production department for ensuring stock availability and taking necessary steps.
∎ Coordinate with respective Sales & Marketing team to collect information about the delivery program.
∎ Maintain liaison with the factory transport department to ensure availability of transport for smooth delivery operation.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Delivery reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office Suit. (MS Excel preferred).
∎ Knowledge on ERP Software.
Salary: Negotiable
