Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Accounts/Marketing/ Business Administration.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial/ Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on import related work with drug administration and all procedures and maintain knowledge of all customs duties, tariffs and license and collaboration with Finance team when necessary. Experience in Pharma Industries /International Trading Company.
∎ To follow up PI, opening L/C for importer and complete checking all commercial document related to import.
∎ Responsible to handle Customs C&F, Freight Forwarding, shipping, Banking and Export-Import duty and VAT-TAX issues.
∎ Have sound knowledge on in Banking System/ FOC/Commercial items and H.S.Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof.
∎ Ensure all logistics activities related to import & Export, international correspondence.
∎ Maintain and handle Export -Import L/C, Export-Import , T.T. Documentation.
∎ Should have close relation with NBR, Tariff commission and all Govt. Offices related to job responsibilities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
∎ Comparison with accepted bill and accepted liabilities and liaison with the bank for accrue outstanding.
∎ ** Employment Status: Full time.
∎ ** Work place: Work at Dhaka Office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ ** Have practical knowledge of import (Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Chittagong, and Dhaka
∎ Customs, Bond) and Exports.
∎ ** Would be well conversant and capable of corresponding. Negotiating with Supplier & Agent.
∎ ** Should have sound knowledge in computer operating system both in Excel & MS word.
∎ ** Sound knowledge in both English & Bengali
