Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, integrate and lead day-to-day key administrative functions.
∎ Manage dispute settlements according to company rules & guidelines.
∎ Meet internal and external audits to find loopholes and execute corrective action plans to minimize the audit findings.
∎ Do day-to-day HR & Admin tasks that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Maintain the employee's personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
∎ Maintain all data in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances following instruction from central (Head Office) HR.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs/ workers to ensure maximum productivity.

∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Computer proficiency (MS Office)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with people.
