Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and supervise CRM (customer relationship management) software functionality.
∎ To arrange & follow up by effective coordination with local and foreign stakeholders to go ahead CRM.
∎ To ensure technical training on CRM to our all relevant staffs of Authorized Service Center (ASC) and Direct Service Center (DSC).
∎ To do service operation process automation through CRM & SAP.
∎ To provide various technical reports, i.e., monthly service report, FFR, issue tracker follow up etc.
∎ To lead to solve any type CRM & SAP related problem of service.
∎ To do any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ CRM Software
∎ Good command over MS Office Package
∎ Technical Training
Salary: Negotiable
