Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure receiving, checking and compiling outlet logistics requisitions and send it to procurement department by maintaining proper coordination and follow up.
∎ Receive various types of outlet bills, get it approved and send back to outlet with proper documentation.
∎ Receive and compile non trading goods requisitions and work with different vendors for the order fulfillment.
∎ Prepare and share monthly outlet staff requisition with HR for smooth operations.
∎ Manage sales associates' uniform by maintaining fabrics stock and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery at outlets.
∎ Check & approve stationary, other items request to outlets by coordinating with procurement department and distribute it as per timeline.
∎ Manage retail department events (eg. Retail meeting, outlet staff events)
∎ Visit market to identify new business opportunity to promote specific products & gift cards.
∎ Manage order and delivery of bulk corporate orders (Products& Gift cards).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and service-oriented approach
∎ Rigorous work ethic; capacity to both execute well on delegated tasks and work independently
∎ Ability to work in a team environment

Salary: Negotiable
