Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years Bachelor/Master with Commerce/Business background (having no 3rd Division / Class in any academic record) preferably major in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible of on-time accurate payroll processing and maintenance of all necessary records and ensuring accurate payroll processing documentation and standard operating procedures is maintained at all times.
∎ Ensuring and validate data entry in the payroll software and compliance with internal policies.
∎ Maintaining employee leave records (attendance, leave application forms etc.) according to the policy.
∎ Calculating Income Tax and providing required information. Preparing employee tax documentations on a quarterly and yearly basis.
∎ Organizing and managing Recruitment process and Retrenchment process as well.
∎ Supporting the management on disciplinary and grievance issues.
∎ Ensure the final settlement of outgoing employees on time with proper documentation.
∎ Maintaining PF and Gratuity calculation, investment, documentation and reporting in PF software.
∎ Updating and maintaining individual HR personal files, including certificates and salary updates.
∎ Be compliant by ensuring all necessary HR policies, records and documents are filled properly in both printed and soft copies.
∎ Working with line managers to ensuring staff resignation/exit process is managed properly.
∎ Preparing & issuing monthly pay slips and other different staff letters, e.g., salary certificate, experience certificates, travel certificates and acceptance of joining/resignation letters to staff according to approval.
∎ Having knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Laws and Income Tax Ordinance.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Not more than 35 years on June 3, 2021. Age limit may be relaxed for experienced candidate.
∎ 5 [five] years with at least 3 [three] years' experience in the Human Resource Department of any Non-Bank Financial Institution.
∎ Effective written and oral communication skills with good typing speed in English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, within agreed targets and time scales and deliver quality outcomes.
