Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with BIDA/CCI/Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant documents to C&F agents for customs clearance.
∎ Follow-up the receiving notifications from Banks about the document received against shipment.
∎ Verification of import vendor bill, custom duty calculation in B/E, CHA Charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs
∎ Maintain and review of Clearance status at port including well versed knowledge on negotiation, costing, import laws and dealing with customs authority.
∎ Handling all types of situations to maintain import operations smoothly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have experience in dealing with bank, insurance, C&F agent, transport, DGDA, Shipping agent, Narcotic Authority, etc. and other related offices for goods clearance purposes from different port locations.
∎ Should have experience in dealing with Department of Explosives/Department of Environment.
∎ Should have experience in dealing with Bangladesh Drugs Authority.
∎ Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Good team player
∎ Good Inter-personal skill
∎ Expert communication skill in English & Bengali
