Educational Requirements:
∎ Academic Qualification: Bachelor degree in any discipline (BBA is preferred)
∎ Job experience in relevant industry: Relevant experience will be preferred from TELCO/MFS/FMCG company
Job Context:
∎ 1. Generate insights in various metrics to support better decision making
∎ 2. Develop and implement new planning and strategy of the department
∎ 3. Maintain merchant portfolio and identify the loyal merchant from total base
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor business trends, identify different segment merchants & their behaviour through analysis
∎ Business performance analysis and prepare reports with insights
∎ Data mining and reporting to analyse merchant/industry-wise transactions on various parameters to identify trends and new opportunities
∎ Target, Business planning & Strategy development of the department
∎ Design & implement an incentive plan for field-level employees
∎ Monitor acquisition & design strategies to achieve new acquisition target
∎ Develop and execute merchant activation processes to increase active merchant base
∎ Strategic planning and initiatives for activation, transaction stimulation
∎ Identify top merchants to plan campaign modality; regular reporting of key Loyalty initiatives performance
∎ Effective merchant database maintenance
∎ Managing relevant stakeholders for smoother execution of activities
∎ Third party commission calculation, disbursement process monitoring tracking , Approval note prepare for different alignmens
Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical/Job Knowledge: 1. Computer literacy must.
∎ 2. Advance skill in MS office packages
∎ 3. Data analysis skill
∎ Interpersonal/Managerial: 1. Flexibility to do multitask.
∎ 2. Deliver high quality and accurate results on time.
∎ 3. Punctual & well mannered
