Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have LLB/Graduates in any subject preferably in legal affairs with a minimum GPA 2.5 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations in reputed university/ institutions

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the activities of Regulatory Affairs within the field of responsibility, including preparation, co-ordination and following-up of the necessary documentation and/or supplements needed for regulatory agency submissions
∎ Serves as the main point of contact for the regulatory submissions (from implementation to closing)
∎ Liaising with, and making presentations to various regulatory authorities like: DGHS, DGDA, Fire, Environment and other relevant agencies
∎ Monitoring and setting timelines for license and renewal approvals
∎ Liaise and manage external communications to the regulatory authorities
∎ Coordinate successful submissions and approval of all applications
∎ Undertaking and managing regulatory inspections
∎ Preparing submissions for NOC (No objection Certificate) from different regulatory authorities
∎ Planning, undertaking and overseeing offer/package trials and regulatory and ethical aspects.
∎ Approval of promotional materials, documentation and other requirements for support for market access.
∎ Other duties as assigned
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
