Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review Purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors.
∎ Follow up from shipping to receiving and ensure that orders received are accurate.
∎ Handle goods throughout the purchasing process and ensure that the goods received are not damaged.
∎ Keep accurate record of purchases made.
∎ Maintain knowledge of market/ industry trend and competitive product.
∎ Assist with negotiation Strategies and make recommendation.
∎ Enforce and monitor company's guidelines to ensure Compliance.
∎ Maintain individual file of purchase and warehouse receipt reports for any file claim
∎ Work with and communicate with all departments in a pleasant and positive manner
∎ Perform any other duties given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Working as a purchasing in the industry is preferred
∎ Excellent Written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
∎ Flexible to travel to meet with suppliers, distributors and manufacturers as required.
∎ Good understanding of popular products in the industry and market trends.
∎ Positive and professional demeanor.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Program
∎ Experience in Supply Chain will be added additional value
Salary: Negotiable
