Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have BBA/ BSc in Engineering in EEE / Mechanical/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing / Finance with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute market survey, quotation collection and preparation of comparative statement
∎ Purchase materials according to approval of materials’ requisition
∎ Source new suppliers, prepare and issue work order under approval of materials purchase requisition
∎ Prepare schedule to deliver materials and ensure delivery the right product at the right place at the right time
∎ Communicate with related departments and suppliers/vendors for ensuring smooth delivery
∎ Provide support to emergency direct purchase under approvals of concern authority and policy
∎ Ensure vendors payments, prepare and check bills on right time and submit to accounts
∎ Procure the goods or service as per appropriate procurement method and instruction mentioned in the procurement guide line and implementation procedure
∎ Manage procurement data, ensure quality maintaining compliance and reporting as per need
∎ Negotiate strategically during sourcing, prepare fwa/contract ensuring value for money
∎ Visit market physically, collect sample from local market
∎ Perform vendor enlistment, evaluation and management task
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Perform any other task as and when required by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills
∎ Must have skills on negotiation, problem solving, and effective communications
∎ Must have knowledge on business law, import and export processing, public procurement related activities
∎ Must have knowledge on computer literacy
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability
∎ Have to be good team player, professional and capable of rapport building and cope with change management
∎ Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
