∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for handling all ship operations at port or anchorage, including resolving operational issues with relevant parties.
∎ To assist the operation managers as required.
∎ Prepare the Statement of facts (SOF).
∎ Communicate with Port Authority and Berth operators.
∎ Dealing with Chittagong Custom, Shipping office, Mercantile Marine Department (MMD), Income Tax, Immigration, Port Heath office and various documentation and other related operational activities.
∎ Boarded the vessel arrival & sailing at outer anchorage and jetty berth.
∎ Attending the Daily Berthing Meeting to Assist with Crew repatriation, Crew sign-on & sign-off formalities, and handling various ship-related work.
∎ Submission of prior entry & final entry to the customs.
∎ To obtain free Patric from the port health authority before vessel arrival.
∎ NOC from income tax authority for vessel's outward formalities.
∎ To obtain flag waiver certificate for foreign going vessels and voyage license for Bangladeshi flag vessels.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.
