∎ Review admission and discharge documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
∎ Collect and compile data related to admission, discharge, and counseling activities for regular reporting to senior management.
∎ Highlight key trends, challenges, and improvements needed in these areas.
∎ Foster strong communication channels with medical consultants and technologists to ensure seamless patient care.
∎ Coordinate patient appointments, test schedules, and treatment plans as advised by medical professionals.
∎ Collaborate with the emergency response team to develop and update protocols for handling urgent admissions and discharges.
