Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
customer services, Export, Freight Forwarding, Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide operational service to customer for Ocean shipment.
∎ IGM prepare & submit to ASYCUDA systems.
∎ Check BL surrender status.
∎ IGM amendment from Customs Authority if needed.
∎ Physically monitoring Export/Import operation on CPA & Off Dock.
∎ Prepare & send arrival Notice to consignee.
∎ Follow-up with carrier till on board & send sailing advice to customer.
∎ Prepare shipment advice, issue Shipping Order.
∎ Achievement of periodical Sales target through existing and potential customer.
∎ Generate qualified sales lead.
∎ Frequent market visit, Negotiation & Rate Confirmation.
∎ New customer implementation.
∎ Weekly & monthly performance reports for Management.
∎ Provide regular feedback to supervisor about current situation/status of Freight Forwarding Market & Industry in the country.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
