Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set microbiological standards of different production locations, environment, water-system and Microbiological laboratory environment as well as testing booth.
∎ To ensure collection of samples as per GSP (Good Storage Practice) and undertake Microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products which include liquid.
∎ To determine potency of all antibiotics in raw materials and finished products as per requirement and to determine microbial limit test of all raw materials as per specification.
∎ To organize and undertake the Environmental Monitoring Program including the review of EM (Environmental Monitor) records, investigation of Alert & Action levels, implementations & more.
∎ To monitor routine microbiological testing of purified water and potable water from each point of use at predetermined frequency.
∎ To procure, replenish and preserve the analytical standard microbiological cultures in a safe and efficient manner, make subculture at predetermined frequency and prepare spore suspension for test purposes. To arrange safe disposal of all contaminated media and materials.
∎ To prepare validation protocol and to execute the necessary tests for Performance Qualification for all types of validation covering facilities, processes. methods and equipment relating lo microbiological aspects.
∎ To implement the Procedures & Instructions of GMP & GLP and to enforce and follow cGMP & GLP in own area of activity.
∎ To ensure control of all documents and records received/ regenerated by the section,
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the Deputy Manager. Quality Assurance.
∎ Microbial Limit test of Excipient Growth promotion test & Swab test
∎ Calibration of all microbiology instrument .media preparation and bacteria sub culture
∎ Cleaning record monitoring and also check finished goods transfer note
∎ Bioassay of finished products and active raw materials
Salary: Negotiable
